Returns and Refunds

We hope you love our products as much as we do. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@granateskin.com. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns that meet the following conditions: 

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and undamaged.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • The original packaging must be unopened and remain sealed and intact.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will unfortunately not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund. To ensure your return arrives safely, please use a suitable shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

 

Once we have received and inspected your return, and it has been approved, your refund will be processed. The amount will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
