Shipping and Delivery

GRANATE currently ships exclusively to countries within the European Union. All orders are dispatched from the Netherlands using a secure, trackable shipping service.  We offer free shipping on orders over €49 within the Netherlands. This will be automatically applied at checkout. For all other EU destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note that once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. GRANATE cannot be held responsible for any delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure to provide a valid residential address. GRANATE is unable to offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds for orders shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses, or other temporary locations.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.* Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Delivery times vary by destination country and can be found at the bottom of this page.

*During promotional periods, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.

GRANATE ships on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. 

Once a package has left our facility, responsibility passes to the shipping carrier. GRANATE is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen during transit or after delivery. In such cases, we recommend filing a claim directly through the courier’s website. If the courier is unable to resolve the issue, please contact us at hello@granateskin.com.
